  • Call us with 24 hour notification to reschedule or cancel appointments,
  • Communicate accurate health information and reasons for your visit,
  • Update your records with email, cell phone, and any address changes,
  • Tell us if your healthcare insurance policy changes,
  • Pay at the time of appointment,
