Amy Puccinelli
Amy teaches a combination of yoga and pilates on the mat with gentle postures to create symmetry. She brings years of experience with her and we are excited to have her at Anatomy Power.
Leslie Hewitt
Dr. Hewitt has been teaching aerobics for years and uses balls and mats at Anatomy Power to maintain the tranquil fitness environment. These classes are spinal stretching classes that incorporate proprioceptive-neuro-facilitation, gentle stretching, yoga, and meditation.
Jake Robinson
Jake is the Personal Trainer at Anatomy Power and will be part of our upcoming 2 month wellness program that includes: indoor/outdoor fitness, stretching, and conditioning. This is a specialized program with a commitment to lose weight, increase health, reduce stress, change BMI, and it's geared to massive action for massive results.
